Maisie has Hunted every single season for the last 10 years and is an absolute machine! She has come to me to be sold as is sadly no longer needed by her owner. She will make someone an amazing hunter and would be a cracking hunt staff horse.
She is a mannerley, experienced hunter who will cross all terrain. She has hunted with numerous packs, Wynnstay, Flint & Denbigh, Holcombe, Cheshire Drag, Ready field blood hounds to name a few. References available. She is extremely bold and brave, adores the job and will take her jockey over the biggest of hedges, stone walls, gates etc. She has been hunted by lightweight ladies and large gentleman and never gets silly. Great with hounds.
In her younger days before she started hunting she jumped BSJA with 19/20 clears! She was then sold to hunt as her new owner had no intention to show jump her.
She has been roughed off since the end of last season so needs bringing back into work. She came to us skinny but has put on heaps of weight in just the couple of weeks she’s been turned out here.
She’s a well used horse who knows her job inside out. Hacks alone and in company and is extremely mannerly and excellent to do in every way. She is a really lovely genuine mare. She has a few superficial scars etc that I have pics of if needed.
She is priced cheap for a quick no hassle, no mither sale. We are happy to bring her back into work and start fittening her up but price will obviously increase.
