I was finding it quite difficult to sell our pony (lovely as she is!) and someone on our yard recommended Jasmine with a view to part exchanging her. Jasmine had a 7 yr old Irish mare she thought would suit us. We messed about with her in the stable, tried her in the school, had a little jump and hacked her out. Jasmine’s partner Joe, who’s not been riding long, bravely showed off her jumping ability, which was perfect as I wanted a confidence giver and could see how well she went for someone who wasn’t that experienced. We spent a good couple of hours with the horse and despite there being other customers to see, there was no pressure to leave or to make a decision. During the buying process Jasmine replied straight away to my many texts and emails; she was really friendly and helpful. We’ve had Pippa a month now and true to Jasmine’s word she’s proving sensible, willing and bombproof. Hopefully we’ve found our forever horse – and very reasonably priced at that – and to cap it all our pony’s gone to a lovely PC home that we’re in touch with. Couldn’t ask for more!
